In there War on (the Black/Hispanic Community) Drugs,

why don't the Police use Video Camera's 

at the scene of a crime every time its feasible?

Because they don't want the Courts

to see and hear what is actually taking place.

These Black/Hispanic Women and Men

are using drugs for the same reason

 Professional White Doctors and Lawyers do,

to escape the Stupid Realities

12 years of Forced Education

have created,

 but with more frequency

as the Doors Slam Shut

On Their Slice of the Amerikan Pie.
