Depression

I received a letter from an old friend after telling him 

I had been seeing a Psychiatrist at the 

VA Hospital for Major Depression.

He told me that seeing a Psychiatrist

 was a sign of weakness in a Man, 

that all I had to do was get a job

 and my problems would work themselves out..

Here's the Very Last Letter  I'm ever writing

to someone as ignorant of the Truth as he is:

John,

If you could control Depression as easy as that, 

Get a Job and it will Go Away,

then of course no one would suffer from it -

It's the Controlling Factor -

That's the Simple Truth.
